Racing Incidents

Trainer Mr. T Natraj was fined Rs.1,000/- for not using Tongue Strap on his charge, SMOKIN ACES (F F Da Silva) for the use of which, prior   permission had already been obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was put on before the horse left the Paddock.

Jockey F F Da Silva, the rider of SMOKIN ACES, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking an unduly a long lead till entering the straight as a result his mount packed up in the last 350 Metres and fell back. 

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SKY TRAIN, reported that he could not get a clear run, approaching the 200 Metres, due to a closely packed field.
