Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, AMIABLE LADY (Shiva Kumar) [first infringement].

ALADDIN (S K Paswan) jumped awkwardly outwards, refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

ARGENTUM (Saddam Hussain) jumped awkwardly, stumbled and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of PRECEPT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to  THEWORLDISMINE (M A Milan) on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of ARCHER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement).

It was reported after the Race that ALADDIN (S K Paswan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of THEWORLDISMINE, placed Third by the Judge objected against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of PRECEPT, placed First for “taking me out immediately after the jump and bumping me badly before the red marker, thereby, I lost all chances and had to recoup myself. I, thereby, lost a certain Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.
