Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw KINGPIN (J H Christopher) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be walking lame on left fore due to severe inflammation of fetlock joint. He was informed that he must
produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of MOUNTAIN TRAIN, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course between the 1000 Metres till about the 600 Metres.

Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of HONOURABLE EMPRESS, reported that the saddle shifted back considerably after entering the straight. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing GLORIOUS MOMENTS (F F Da Silva), on his inside, passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of BALAS DREAM, reported that his mount was trying to run 'out' during the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer B Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of ARYAN KNIGHT, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

SMART MISTRAL (M D Paswan) sustained bruise above left hock.

CHRISTMAS CAKE (Vivek) sustained bruise over left hock.
