Jockey M Noornabi, the rider of GRAND SUCCESS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the inordinate delay in coming to the Paddock to fulfil the paddock formalities. 
 
Jockey M Noornabi, the rider of GRAND SUCCESS was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, passing the 1200 Metres.
 
Jockey F F Da Silva, the rider of YAMAS, was fined Rs.3,000/-  for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [Second Infringement].
