Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, GOLDEN STEPS (Nassar Alam). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

As Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the declared rider of QUEENS CRUISE, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride QUEENS CRUISE in place of the declared rider.
