Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to withdraw DECORATED (Vijay Kumar) as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to inflammation of pastern. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Noorulla, the declared rider of AZTEC GOLD, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fifth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey S Mubarak to ride AZTEC GOLD in place of the declared rider.

AZTEC GOLD (S Mubarak) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start, did not raise a fluent gallop and thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey R Ravi, the rider of RIO GRANDE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to ROYAL SHAAN (Irvan Singh) on his outside, approaching the 1000 Metres.

It was reported after the Race that RIO GRANDE (R Ravi) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
