Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in accepting his charge, SHUDDERING (Vijay Kumar), to run in the above Race, without producing a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so after its last run. Subsequently, the horse was permitted to be withdrawn from the Race.

Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.1,000/- for not using the Tongue Strap on his charge, RULE FOREVER (A Vishwanath), for the use of which, prior permission had been obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was put on the horse before it left the Paddock.

STARLIGHT MAGIC (Ajeet Kumar), planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of IMPEDIMENTA, reported that his saddle shifted towards the right, passing the 400 Metres, whereby he could not exercise sufficient control over his mount thereafter and also could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the saddling of his charge.
