Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride SUGAR CRUSH in place of Jockey Md. Sameer, the declared rider. Jockey Irvan Singh was fined Rs.2,000/-, for failing to arrive to fulfil the above riding engagement. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer J Sharavanan to substitute Jockey K Anil to ride his charge  SUGAR CRUSH, in place of Jockey Irvan Singh, in the above race.

Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, APRIL STAR (M Madhu Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of NASTY GLADIATOR, reported that his mount was running erratically after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

APRIL STAR (M Madhu Babu) sustained injury on left hind inside fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g PLATINUM PEARL.
