Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to withdraw GROUND MARSHAL (B Mahesh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from injury on right hind cannon and infected cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CLEVER TRICK (Shobhan Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw BIGHERO (V Chandrakant) on veterianary grounds as it got hurt on the right hind inside hock in the saddling yard and was bleeding. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterianary Officer before accepting with it again.

DEFINING MOMENT (Keanen G Styen) walked out of the starting gates and lost a few lengths at the start.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a Starting Gate Practice  Day.

Jockey Keanen G Styen, the rider of DEFINING MOMENT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race.

Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SALSA TOUCH, was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for the excessive and extravagant use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
