As Jockey B Mahesh, the declared rider of FLYINGHORSE, was certified medically unfit after his ride in the Sixth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to substitute Jockey Saddam Hussain to ride FLYINGHORSE in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.1,000/- for using Pacifiers instead of Pacifier Blinkers on his charge FIRST LIGHT (Irvan Singh), for the use of which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Pacifier Blinkers was put on the horse before it left the Paddock

NEW SUNRISE (G Manikandan) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start and also, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

LOVEMETRUE (S Mubarak) ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

LINCON CONTINENTAL (D Gnaneshwar) could not get a clear run, approaching the 1200 Metres, due to a closely packed field.

FLYINGHOUSE (Saddam Hussain) accidentally brushed the false rails, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of FLYINGHORSE, reported that his saddle shifted back, approaching the 200 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence in faulty saddling of his charge in the above Race.

FIRST LIGHT (Irvan Singh) sustained cut injury on left hind outer cannon.
