As Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the declared rider of GAYLE'S STORM, could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagements for the day's Races due to reasons beyond his control and no suitable substitute rider was available despite all efforts, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw GAYLE'S STORM from the above Race.

SILVER OAK (D Gnaneshwar) was very fractious at the Saddling Enclosure, refused to be saddled and bolted towards the stables. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

ALBATROSS (V R Jagdeesh) accidentally brushed the false rails, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of AYMAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to ALBATROSS (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside, which, in turn, passed it onto AS ALWAYS (Ajeet Kumar) on its outside, passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 100 Metres.

DANCINGKING (M J Gautam Raj Urs), ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer. However, Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
