Jockey S K Paswan, the rider of THE FIRST BULLET, was fined Rs.2,000/- for losing position during the early part of the race, for no apparent reason.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey B Nayak, the rider of SHOOT OUT, to the Stewards for incompetent riding [Rule No.161(ii)] in that, as a rider of SHOOT OUT, from Draw No.10, he came 'in' and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside, viz., RED ADMIRAL (Saddam Hussain) and INSPIRATOR (A Ramu), passing the 1300 Metres, and, thereafter, travelled wide till the last 300 Metres for no apparent reason and, rode in an incompetent manner thereafter. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Trainer Mr. V Lokanath and Jockey B Nayak. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey B Nayak from 15-09-2014 to 26-09-2014 [both days inclusive] for incompetent riding [Rule No. 161(ii)] on his mount, SHOOT OUT, in the above Race [permitted to ride work].

DELTA DELIGHT (B Harish) sustained bruises on both chestwall behind girth.
