Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SPARK OF HARMONY (N Tauseef Ahmed). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

As Jockey L Prashant, the declared riders of PENALTY KICK, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Dharmendar to ride PENALTY KICK in place of the declared rider.

MAGICAL FILLY (D Gnaneshwar) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby [deputizing for Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan] was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of SPARK OF HARMONY, was fined Rs.5,000/- for  coming 'in' very sharply and causing severe interference to EMANCIPATION (A Ashhad Asbar), which passed it onto GLAMOUR BOY (S John) and FERMINA (Y S Srinath), on his inside, approaching the 1200 Metres.

SPARK OF HARMONY (N Tauseef Ahmed) sustained cut injury inside left fore cannon.

BERNICIA (Arshad Alam) sustained bruise inside left hind fetlock.
