Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride NOVEL APPROACH in place of Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the declared rider.

SCENIC BLAST (Arshad Alam) was fractious on its way to the Starting Gate, dropped the rider and bolted. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

SIMPLETON (S John) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starer's Orders. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
