Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw STARSTRUCK (Afsar Khan) from the above Race as it was observed to have sustained injury over left hind coronet and hoof wall while being loaded into the horse float for travel from Bangalore to Mysore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BORN FOR BEAUTY (Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' soon after the start.

Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of WIND AND FLIGHT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to THEJAGUAR (A Ramu) on his inside, passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of SMOOTH GLIDER, was reprimanded for unnecessary calling out during the Race.

SCENIC BLAST (B Nayak) sustained bruise over left shoulder.
