Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw CHELALEE on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore due to injury and infected cellulitis of knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey R Vaibhav to ride DANCINGKING, in place of Jockey J H Christopher, the declared rider.

CATERINA (V R Jagdeesh) jumped out awkwardly, at the start.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

COME ON GINGIN (J Paswan) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of STRIDE TO SUCCESS, for Careless Riding [Rule No.161(i)] in that, as a rider of STRIDE TO SUCCESS,passing the 1100 Metres, he shifted 'out' very sharply, causing very severe interference to JOTA (Keanen G Steyn) on his outside, which went onto SUBADRA (C Harish) on its outside, which got unbalanced as a result of the impact and had to be checked by its rider; further, FANTASY LIVING (Md. Shoaib), which was running behind them, also had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the frontrunner, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockey S Mubarak. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey S Mubarak from 3-12-2014 to 24-12-2014 (both days inclusive) for Careless Riding [Rule No.161(i)] on his mount, STRIDE TO SUCCESS in the above Race [permitted to ride work, informed of his right to appeal].

Jockey A Ramu, the rider of ZAMINDAR, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of FANTASY LIVING, trained by Mr. S Santosh Rao and ridden by Jockey Mohammed Shoaib.

STRIDE TO SUCCESS (S Mubarak) sustained clipped injury on right fore mid tendon.

JOTA (Keanen G Steyn) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern.
