Racing Incidents

BLACKWIND (N Rajesh) fell in the Paddock and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

JALDI (Melvyn Maseyk) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again unti its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey A Vishwanath on his mount, HEAVENLY DIVAS, in the above Race.

It was reported after the Race that FELLOWSHIP (R Anand) sustained fracture of right orbit and bleeding from right nostril. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that HEAVENLY DIVAS (A Vishwanath) sustained small cuts inside right hind fetlock.
