Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, BELLE ETOILE, to run in the above Race without showing it in a Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day when he had been specifically informed to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey A Vishwanath to ride SPEEDY AMIGO in place of Jockey A R Pradeep, the declared rider.

As Jockey A Ramu, the declared rider of AERIAL ACROBAT, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagements for reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B K Narendra to substitute Jockey Ajeet Kumar to ride AERIAL ACROBAT in place of the declared rider.

SIVANTA (B Harish) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', soon after the start.

Jockey B Harish, the rider of SIVANTA, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported, except for the old small ulcer in the mouth of the horse. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before  accepting with it again.
