Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, LAKE OF MAGIC, without producing a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

MY GIRL (Mohd. Feroz) planted in the Gates and did not take part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of CEASARIA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not keeping a straight course before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of HEART OF SUCCESS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interferance to WELCOME AGAIN (Vinod Shinde) and SUBADRA (A Ashok Kumar), on his inside, as a result of which, SUBADRA (A Ashok Kumar) brushed the False Rails, passing 1100 Metres.

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of CEASARIA, reported that he lost his whip in the last 200 Metres of the Race.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of WELCOME AGAIN, reported that he lost his whip in the last 100 Metres of the Race.

It was reported after the Race that HEART OF SUCCESS (Saddam Hussain) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
