Racing Incidents

COFFEE TIME (Melvyn Maseyk) fell over on the way to the Saddling Yard and sustained large bruise on right fore knee. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa
was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

FINAL COUNTDOWN (R Anand) lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary
Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

THUNDERING CRUISE (J Paswan) took a fly jump at the start.

Jockey Mohd. Asif, the rider of SMART MISTRAL, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey Noorulla, the rider of HAPPY VICTORY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the Race.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of SHADES OF SCARLET, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

Jockey J Paswan, the rider of THUNDERING CRUISE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the excessive and improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

THUNDERING CRUISE (J Paswan) sustained small cut inside left fore pastern.
