Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of BLUE ZONE, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, the rider of NO DOUBT, placed First by the Judge, for 'coming onto me and bumping me in the last 100 Metres that cost me the Race'. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Jockey Chethan Kalay, the rider of HARD TO PIN DOWN, was fined Rs.1,000/-for not making sufficient effort to improve his position during the early part of the Race.

Jockey M Kumar, the rider of FLYING TRICOLOUR, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of AL ATTATURK, was fined Rs.2,000/- for completely easing his mount in the last 25 Metres of the Race.

Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of DIVINE LOVE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of PEPPER KING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

INDIAN ROYALTY (A Ashok Kumar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
