Trainer Mr. C Girinath was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, ERICA (S Chethan Kalay) to run in the above Race despite BTF Ban. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to withdraw SHINING FAME (Irvan Singh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from systemic infection. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LAKE OF MAGIC (Shiva Kumar) was extremely fractious inside the Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SWEET NOVEMBER, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the last 400 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old bit injuries inside oral commisure on either side.

Jockey L Prashant, the rider of PENALTY KICK, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.

Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of HEAVENLY DIVAS, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the Race.

An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of WINNING DESIRE, trained by Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.48 of the Mysore Winter Races 2014-15, i.e., The Pertigalete Plate (About) 1200 Metres for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Seventh Day, Wednesday, 24^th December, 2014, when ridden by Jockey Afsar Khan, it ran unplaced.

It was reported after the Race that the left hind shoe of VETTEL (Arshad Alam) had apparently come off during the race.

Trainer C V G K Kishore was questioned regarding the running of his charge, IRIDIUM (J H Christopher), as a first favourite in the above race despite its poor performances, in the past. The Trainer stated that a) this horse had been with him right from the beginning; b) as a 2/3 year old, it had suffered training setback and that he had brought it up systematically in training;       c) this horse had no form on performance to go by, which was the reason it had come down in rating; d) in its previous run, it was interfered at the start and again in the straight and Jockey Ajeet Kumar, who rode this horse in its previous run suggested that, but for these interferences, his charge would have run on board; e) considering this, he expected this horse to atleast finish on board and so, he declared Jockey J H Christopher to ride it; f) he was totally shocked as to how his charge had started as a favourite in this race and had no explanation whatsoever for the same especially in view of its previous performances; g) if the horse were to perform in similar manner in its next couple of runs, he would be retiring it from racing; His explanations were noted.

VETTEL (Arshad Alam) sustained cut inside left hind fetlock.
