Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey S R Santosh Kumar to ride GUNPOWDER in place of Jockey B Harish, the declared rider.
 
As Jockey A Ramu, the declared rider of DANCE OF A GENERAL, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fifth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Ajeet Kumar to ride DANCE OF A GENERAL in place of the declared rider.
 
CASH IS KING (A Imran Khan) stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate.
 
Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of BIGHERO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to GUAPO (M Rajesh Kumar), on his inside, which had to be checked and pulled out, thereby causing interference to horses on its outside, viz., DANCE OF A GENERAL (Ajeet Kumar) and SALSA TOUCH (J Paswan), passing the 1100 Metres. As a result of this, CASH IS KING (A Imran Khan), who was travelling directly behind DANCE OF A GENERAL (Ajeet Kumar), had to be checked by its rider and fell back.
 
Jockey Nirmal Jodha, the rider of OSCAR SPARKLER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' and causing severe interference to SATURDAY AFFAIR (Shivnath Paswan) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it onto OHIYESA (Arshad Alam) and CINNAMON RUSH (N Rajesh), on its outside, passing the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of SATURDAY AFFAIR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to OHIYESA (Arshad Alam) on his outside, passing the 300 Metres.
 
An enquiry is being held into the incident of SALSA TOUCH (J Paswan), coming into the Paddock sporting wrong number cloth – horse trained by Mr. Dinesh Pujar.
 
Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of CASH IS KING was questioned as to the handling of his mount in the presence of Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi. The Jockey stated that while jumping out of the starting gate, his mount stumbled badly and lost considerable ground and thereafter, passing the 1000 Metres, he suffered interference and had to check his mount , thereby again losing his position. These two incidents considerably affected his mount which was a free galloper, if run without obstruction, thereby jeopardising his chances in the Race and despite his best efforts, he could not finish on the board. After repeated veiwing of the CCTV replay of the Race and based on the observation on the running of the race, his explanations were noted
 
BIGHERO (Afsar Khan) sustained bleeding cut inside right hock.
 
OHIYESA (Arshad Alam) sustained small cut on left hind outer coronet.
 
Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g CASH IS KING.
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m KOHINOOR BLITZ.
