It was observed at the Paddock that the left hind shoe of PREMIER ACE (R Vaibhav) had splayed. Despite all efforts, it could not be reshod and hence both the plates on hind legs were removed and the horse ran both hind bare. Due announcement over public address system was also made to this efect. 

As Jockey Saddam Hussain, the declared rider of SAKURA DELIGHT, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Nitin Singh to ride SAKURA DELIGHT in place of the declared rider.

SAKURA DELIGHT (Nitin Singh) was extremely fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

GENEROUS GESTURE (Irvan Singh) accidentally brushed the False Rails, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of DARE THE DON, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.   

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of PREMIER ACE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it pulled up lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of PREMIER ACE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
