Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to withdraw CASTLE KING (V R Jagdeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained deep cut injury over right fore fetlock and infected cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride COUNTRY'S BEAUTY in place of Jockey Saddam Hussain, the declared rider.

MR CARPE (Melvyn Maseyk) was observed to be drifting 'out' in the straight in spite of the rider's efforts to keep it on an even course. In view of its continued unpredictable behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept with it again, until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
 
An enquiry is being held into the excessive use of the whip by Jockey Nitin Singh on his mount, CRRISP, in the above Race [third infringement].
