GASCONY (Nitin Singh) fell on the track on the way to the Starting Gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
GAYLE'S STORM (Shivnath Paswan) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice. Day.
 
Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of GAYLE'S STORM, reported that his saddle shifted towards right, rounding the bend, as a result of which, he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence.
 
Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of EPHIALITIES, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
 
The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of EXACTLY, for contravention of Calendar Notification under the Heading, 'USE OF WHIPS', in that, as a rider of EXACTLY, he excessively used the whip on his mount, in the above Race [third infringement]; his first infringement was on AL DORADO in Race No.80 and his second infringement was on GENEROUS GESTURE in Race No.86 of the Mysore Summer Races 2015. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Tuesday, 14th July, 2015, and examined Jockey Arshad Alam. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey Arshad Alam from 20-08-2015 to 21-08-2015 [both days inclusive] for the excessive use of the whip on his mount, EXACTLY, i.e.,  contravention of Calendar Notification pertaining to the use of the whip, in the above Race [third infringement].
 
Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of RECKLESS, reported that his mount was hanging 'out', rounding the final bend and after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of GUNPOWDER (M Rajesh Kumar), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.82 of the Mysore Summer Races 2015, i.e., The Paschimavahini Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, held on Ninth Day, Wednesday, 8th July, 2015, when ridden by Jockey A Ashok Kumar, it ran unplaced.
