Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw BRAVO ZULU (S R Santosh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SUMMERVILLE (A Ashok Kumar) was slowly away and swerved to the left after jump out. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SMALL CRUISE, placed Third by the Judge, lodged objection against Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of OPHIRA, placed Second by the Judge, for 'inside the last 300 Metres, he came onto
me and bumped me and tightened me, thereby, I had to check my mount and ride out again, whereby I lost a certain Second place'.  The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under:

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of OPHIRA, to the Stewards for Careless Riding [Rule No.161(i)] in that, as a rider of OPHIRA, he came 'in' very sharply, causing severe interference to
SMALL CRUISE (Arshad Alam) on his inside, approaching the 300 Metres, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockey Sahanawaz. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey Sahanawaz (a) from 27-07-2015 to 28-07-2015 [both days inclusive] and (b) from 20-08-2015 to 21-08-2015 [both days inclusive] for Careless Riding [Rule No.161(i)] on his mount, OPHIRA, in the above Race [permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal].

It was reported after the Race by the Club's Veterinary Officer that examination of mouth of the horse, SUMMERVILLE (A Ashok Kumar) revealed ulcer inside right cheek.

WOODKRAFT (Mohd. Asif) sustained bleeding cut on left brisket region.

OPHIRA (Sahanawaz) sustained clipped injury on bulb of heel of left fore.
