Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of PERFECTIONIST, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course between the 1250 Metres and 1100 Metres. As a result, MR GO (Keanen G Steyn) struck the frontrunner and stumbled, approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of COSMIC TOUCH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to PERFECTIONIST (V R Jagdeesh) on his inside, passing the 1200 Metres.

SUNBOW (Anil Baandal) ran detached from the field after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

An enquiry was held into the interference suffered by DRAGON (Suraj Narredu) at the start on account of SUNBOW (Anil Baandal) shifting 'out'. Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of SUNBOW, as also, Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of DRAGON, were examined and the CCTV Replay of the Race was repeatedly viewed, both at normal speed and slow motion; After due enquiry, it was established that SUNBOW, ridden by Jockey Anil Baandal, behaved in an erratic manner soon after the start, in that, despite the best efforts of the rider, it veered 'out' and caused interference to DRAGON (Suraj Narredu) on its outside, which had to be checked by its rider; It was also noted that SUNBOW (Anil Baandal) was blind on left eye, sporting an eye patch; Under the circumstances, it was decided not to take any further action beyond noting the incidents.
