Racing Incidents

Jockey R Ravi, the rider of SMOKEY SID, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of SATURDAY AFFAIR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to SILVER PRINCE (S R Santosh Kumar) on his outside, passing the 350 Metres.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of BEAUTIFUL REVENGE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SILVER PRINCE (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside, in the last 150 Metres of the Race.

Jockey A Vishwanath was reprimended for not maintaining a straight course, during the closing stages of the Race.

Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of CLASSIC KING, reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
