Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw THUNDERING CRUISE on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to tendinitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of INDIAN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to FLIRTING KING (Sahanawaz) on his outside, in the last 150 Metres of the Race.

Jockey S Chethan Kalay, the rider of LONDON EYE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for repeatedly looking back in the last 300 Metres of the Race for no apparent reason.

Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge, NATURAL NINE (Irvan Singh), which ran unplaced in the above Race, in comparison to its previous run in Race No. 19 of the Mysore Winter Races 2015-16, i.e., The Manasagangotri Plate - Div. I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25 run on Second Day, Wednesday, 18th November 2015, when ridden by the same rider, it won the Race. He was further informed to maintain consistency in the running of his charges in future.

Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge LONDON EYE (S Chethan Kalay), the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 10 of the Mysore Winter Races 2015-16, i.e., The B.R. Hills Plate – Div II, (About) 1400 Metres for horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over, run on First Extra Day, 17th November 2015, when ridden by Jockey B Harish, it ran third. The Trainer Stated as follows; a) After running third during the Mysore Races 2015, he was planning to run it in Race No. 171 of the main season, but it had to be withdrawn due to inflammed fetlock;      b) Prior to this, it was treated for an eye injury; c) The previous run of this horse in this season was after a gap of more than two months; d) In its previous run  in Race No. 10 of the Mysore Winter Races 2015-16, it ran a close third behind BEAUTIFUL EFFECT and FELIX LEGION; e) In this run, only INDIAN and YAMAS, were the form horses in the race;     f) the underfoot conditions of this day suited it better; while noting his explanations, he was informed to maintain consistency in the performance of his charges in future.
