EVERLASTING MEMORY (Vijay Kumar) was extremely fractious inside the Gates and refused to remain in the Gates, as a result of which, the rider got injured. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

FOR YOUR EYES ONLY (S Chethan Kalay) was very slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

GAYLE'S STORM (M Madhu Babu) was very slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running of the Race with particular reference to  the fall of Jockey A Ashok Kumar from his mount, SKY JASMINE on account of the interference caused by SMART MISTRAL (Shiva Kumar), placed Third by the Judge, wherein SMART MISTRAL (Shiva Kumar), after about 100 Metres of the start, suddenly veered 'out' violently, and collided with SKY JASMINE (A Ashok Kumar), as a result of which, the rider of the latter horse got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount, and further CATERINA (N Rajesh), was also interfered with badly on account of this. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys Shiva Kumar (SMART MISTRAL) and A Ashok Kumar (SKY JASMINE). After deliberations, they decided to disqualify SMART MISTRAL (Shiva Kumar) from the above Race and revise the order of placings as under:

In view of its abnormal behaviour, the Stewards directed the Stipendiary Stewards to inform Trainer Mr. Rakesh to take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.

AQUOSTIC (A Vishwanath) sustained bleeding injuries inside right hind fetlock and linear injury on left hind outer cannon.

SMART MISTRAL (Shiva Kumar) sustained small cut inside left hind pastern.
