Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey S John to ride INVINCIBLE WISH in place of Jockey Y S Srinath, the declared rider.

CHAMBRAY (Arshad Alam) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

PUSH THE LIMIT ( M Prabhakaran) jumped awkwardly outwards thereby inconveniencing BEAUTIFUL EFFECT (M Mark), on his inside, at the start.

Jockey M Mark, the rider of BEAUTIFUL EFFECT, placed Second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of PUSH THE LIMIT, placed First by the Judge, for 'immediately after the start, PUSH THE LIMIT came out and bumped me badly and whereby I had to check my mount and lost my position; Again, from the 300 Metres, the rider of PUSH THE LIMIT looked back and took me out badly, thereby, I had to check my mount and change course to the inside, which cost me the race'.

Jockey S John, the rider of INVINCIBLE WISH, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey M Mark, the rider of BEAUTIFUL EFFECT, placed Second by the Judge, for 'inside the last 150 Metres, BEAUTIFUL EFFECT cut across sharply when my horse was full of running and, thereby, I had to check and make my run again'.

The Stewards held enquiries immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations, they decided to overrule the objections.

On account of its erratic behaviour, PUSH THE LIMIT (M Prabhakaran) was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer that it had sharp molars and also had sustained cut injuries over left hind plantar cannon and outer bulb of heel. Hence Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement] and was informed to report to the authorities of the corrective measures taken before accepting with it again.

AS ALWAYS (L Prashant) sustained cut injury inside right hind pastern.
