Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of SPEED QUEEN, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing DELTA DELIGHT (Shiva Kumar) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey N Ramesh Kumar, the rider of ANONYMOUS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to FELIX LEGION (S G Prasad) on his inside, as a result of which, the latter had to be checked by its rider and shift 'out' and, in the process, causing severe interference to COUNTRY'S SEPOY (Nitin Singh) on its outside, passing the 300 Metres.

Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of SPEED QUEEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to IRELAND (P Kiran Rai) on his inside, in the last 150 Metres of the Race.

Jockey J Paswan, the rider of BRYANT PARK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

It was reported after the Race that TOBIN (M Bhaskar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge COUNTRY'S SEPOY (Nitin Singh), in the above Race. The Trainer stated that; a) this was a very average horse with some veterinary problem and also one eyed whereby it had some problem at the Gates; b) He had taken it to Chennai where it was withdrawn before the Race, as it kept shying away from the Gates and that trip did not go well with his charge; c) He had worked the horse with the same rider alongside GOLDEN CRUISE and given it adequate gate practice; d) In its previous run, it had run in a poor set and had finished second; e) His charge had no great form to go by and he was surprised at his charge opening as a favourite; f) However, even though he did not expect his charge to win the Race, he was shocked at its poor performance; g) After this poor performance, he will not be rushing it and would give it ample time before he runs it again. His explanations were noted and the horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Chief Veterinary Officer reported as follows;

With reference to the above, Chestnut Geld COUNTRY'S SEPOY 4 yrs old under the care of Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was impounded and examined after the last race on 1^st June, 2016. The horse was trotting sound and fit. No abnormality was found on Endoscope examination.
