As Jockey Nitin Singh, the declared rider of GETAFIX, was certified medically unfit to ride after the Fifth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam to ride GETAFIX in place of the declared rider.

MUSICAL TREASURE (N Ramesh Kumar), took a fly Jump, at the Start.

Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of KENTUCKY ROSE, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing SPINNING CHAKRAM (S G Prasad) on his outside, approaching the 350 Metres.

Jockey S John, the rider of ROBINHOOD PANDEY, reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the last 100 Metres of the Race.

Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of EPHIALTIES, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount, during the Race. He was further informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

MUSICAL TREASURE (N Ramesh Kumar) ran detached from the field till the last 100 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao  was informed to ensure better performance of his charge, throughout the Race in future.

An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent running and reversal of form of GO MAN GO (N Tauseef Ahmed - trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu), the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 15 of the Mysore Summer Races 2016, i.e., The Obligado Trophy, Div I, (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on 2nd Day, Wednesday, 1st June 2016, when ridden by Jockey A Ashok Kumar, it ran unplaced.
