Jockey S Lalit, the rider of AYAHUASCA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, whereby he took out ARETES (P Uday Kiran) and GOLDEN STEPS (Nitin Singh) in the last 200 Metres of the Race.

Jockey P Uday Kiran, the rider of ARETES, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, reported that his mount was hanging 'in', rounding the final bend; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.S Santosh Rao was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the relative performance of SAZAE SAN (M Abhilash), trained by Mr. M Eshwar, which ran unplaced in the above Race, in relation to its previous run in Race No. 42 of the Mysore Summer Races 2016. i.e., The Harangi Dam Plate – Div I, (About) 1200 for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Sixth day, Wednesday, 22nd June 2016, when ridden by the same rider, it ran second.
