Due to some error in communication facility, pertaining to the scratching submitted in respect of b c RACING FIRE, in the above Race, the horse was left in and subsequently was permitted to be withdrawn from the Race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Darius R Byramji to withdraw ARVAK (P S Chouhan) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury [lame on left fore due to opened capped elbow] while travelling to Mysuru. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Prithviraj [being deputized by Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde] was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, GOOD FORTUNE (Arshad Alam) [first infringement].

Jockey David Breux, the rider of SMART N NOBLE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to HALOWEEN'S WAY (Nitin Singh) on his outside, within 100 Metres from the start.

It was reported after the Race, that the right fore bandage of EON (Anil Baandal) had apparently got loose during the Race; after due examination of the equipment after the Race, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence in not properly fastening the bandage on his charge and he was cautioned to be more careful in future.
