Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, DEFINING MOMENT (M J Gautam Raj Urs); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
 
Jockey M L Bhosle, the rider of MASTEROFTHEROLLS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to GOLDEN CRUISE (Arshad Alam) on his outside, passing the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey Akash Agarwal, the rider of CATHARSIS, was reprimanded for coming 'in' and inconveniencing AL DAHMA (Mohammed Mushraf) on his inside, passing the 350 Metres.
 
Jockey Keanen G Steyn, the rider of ALPS, reported that the saddle on his mount shifted back soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate; After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
 
Jockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of NUALA, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.
 
It was reported after the Race that the left fore shoe of MASTEROFTHEROLLS (M L Bhosle), had apparently come off during the Race.
 
An enquiry is being held into the relative performance of b m KAZURI (P Kiran Rai and Trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 7 of the Mysore Races 2016, i.e., The B K Krishnadevaraj Urs Memorial Trophy, Div. II – About (1200) Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over, run on First Day, Thursday, 25th August 2016, when ridden by  Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, it ran unplaced.
