Permission was granted to Trainer P C Tejaswi to withdraw his charge SIVANTA from the above Race as it was observed to be suffering from fever and systemic infection. He was informed that he must produce Fitness Certificate before accepting with it again.
 
Trainer Dominic S was fined Rs.1,000/- for for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
 
Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SCORCHING was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde) on his inside, as a result of which the latter clipped the front runner and stumbled, approaching 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey Syed Imran, the rider of GOODWILL WARRIOR was reprimanded for riding an incompetent race. He was informed in the presence of Trainer Vishal Yadav [deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur], that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future failing which, he would be  reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
 
It was reported after the Race that FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde), pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with again.
 
MASTEROFTHEROLLS (M L Bhosle) - sustained gum injury.
 
SAMAY BALWAN (L Prashant) - sustained clipped injury on right hind bulb of heel.
