Imran Ashraf) bolted from the Starting Gates without the rider, fell soon thereafter and then completed the course rider-less; In the process, it fell and pulled up lame on left hind; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
