Racing Incidents

AMAZING KHODAL (S Manohar) walked out of the gates, thereby losing many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Natraj T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

TOUCH OF ROMANCE (V R Jagdeesh) jumped awkwardly inwards at the start.

Jockey S Guruprasad, the rider of DR SCULLY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to horses on his outside viz., COUNTRY'S ANGEL (Y S Srinath), AMULET (Anil Baandal) and PASSING FANCY (Mohammed Mushraf), soon after the start.

Jockey  V R Jagdeesh, the rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, reported that the horse was hanging 'out' throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it, again.

DR SCULLY (S Guruprasad) sustained gum injury.

SCORPENE (Arshad Alam) sustained gum injury.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f AYRA'S DELIGHT.
