Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to withdraw TOBIN (R Rayan Ahmed) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from sub-clinical infection; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for declaring his charge, CATHARSIS (Noorulla), to start for the above Race [BMC Ban]; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.

SKYJET (Sahanawaz) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby inconveniencing AMAZING CONNECTION (R Anand), on its outside, at the Start.

Jockey R Anand, the rider of AMAZING CONNECTION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to AMORATE (S G Prasad), on his inside, whereby, the latter had to be checked by its rider and as such, NEYMAR (Saddam Hussain), which was travelling directly behind, had to be steadied by its rider, approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of AMORATE, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing NEYMAR (Saddam Hussain) on his outside, approaching the 600 Metres.

It was reported after the Race that MR. CARPE (Praveen Saini) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards into the inconsistent pattern of running and the relatively improved performance of CHICAGO (Muzammil Hashmi), trained by Mr. S R Santosh Rao, the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous runs in Race Nos. 45, 31, 22 and 8 of the Mysore Summer Races 2017, wherein it had run unplaced. After due enquiry, considering the submissions made by Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao, viewing the CCTV replay of the relevant Races, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge CHICAGO (Muzammil Hasmi), in the above Race and a further fine of Rs.5,000/- for the relatively improved performance of his charge in the above Race, as compared to its previous runs in Race Nos. 45, 31, 22 and 8 of the Mysore Summer Races 2017, wherein it had run unplaced.
