Racing Incidents

SILVER IKON (Ahsan Qureshi) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', thereby, inconveniencing horses on its inside, viz., COUNTRYS CROWN (M J Gautam Raj Urs) and DARE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar), at the start.
 
Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of SILVER IKON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interferences to DATE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar), which in turn, went on to horses on its inside, viz., SYDNEY HARBOUR (P P Dhebe) and COUNTRY'S PRINCESS (Anil Baandal), before passing the Red Marker Post.
 
Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of COUNTRY'S PRINCESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to CATHARSIS (Saddam Hussain) on his inside, passing the 400 Metres.
 
It was reported after the Race that CATHARSIS (Saddam Hussain) pulled up lame on right fore; Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
DARE THE DON (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained cut injury inside left hind cannon.
