AIR OF DISTINCTION (J H Sunil Samson) was fractious inside the Staring Stall, refused to remain inside the Stall, got cast therein and upon observation, was found to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. S Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SUMMER STAR (Dhanu Singh Deora – Drawn 8) jumped awkwardly 'outwards' and NYSSA (Arshad Alam – Drawn 10) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', thereby, inconveniencing ALEEF (A Vishwanath – Drawn 9) in between them, at the start, and as such,  the rider of the latter horse reported that due to the squeezing at the start, his stirrup got twisted, which, he regained, passing the 800 Metres.

Jockey R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of SMILE OF COURAGE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for cutting across the field before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of ALIGHTING, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to DIVINE RETRIBUTION (Irvan Singh), on his inside, which in turn, went onto SAFFRON INTENSE (P Kiran Rai) on its inside, passing the 1300 Metres.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of NYSSA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to AS ALWAYS (R Ajay Kumar) on his inside, as a result of which, the rider of the latter horse had to check his mount to avoid striking the frontrunner, passing the 900 Metres.

SHIVALIK'S RULE (K Raja Rao) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. S Inayathulla [deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. M P Mahaesh] was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

ALIGHTING (Nazerul Alam) sustained bruises on both hind planter fetlock.

NYSSA (Arshad Alam) sustained bleeding cut inside right fore below knee.
