Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas to withdraw TIC TAC TOE (P P Dhebe) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that ORDER ORDER (M Madhu Babu), which was travelling along the Railings, got keen, as a result of which, the rider had to check his mount to avoid striking the front runner, whereby, the horse shifted 'out', thereby inconveniencing ONE TO NOTE (V R Jagdeesh) on its outside, passing the 1100 Metres,.
 
Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of ONE TO NOTE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and taking out EMANCIPATION (Irvan Singh) on his outside, passing the 600 Metres.
 
RAMON (A Ramu) was observed to be shifting 'out' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].
