GRAN TURISMO (Sarvan Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
 
Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of COUNTER POINT, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi and Jockey S R Santosh Kumar were questioned as to the running and riding of AMAZING, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; (a) As his charge is always slow at the Start, he had instructed his rider to try to take a good jump and position himself in the mid bunch (5th or 6th) and to ride it out in the straight; (b) But his charge missed the jump, could not get a clear run throughout the Race and as such, he could not be positioned in the mid bunch; (c) After the Race his rider told him that his horse started galloping only after it was pulled out and shown daylight; Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, while Corroborating the statement of the Trainer, stated that he was hampered for room, throughout the Race and as such he could not position his mount as per instructions and that his mount only started galloping when shown the daylight, by which time, the race was as good as over and that he could only finish fourth. Their explanations were noted.
