SILVER WOOD (Anil Baandal) swerved to the left soon after the jump out, thereby, dislodging the rider, and thereafter, took no part in the Race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney [deputizing for Trainer Mr. P Prasanna Kumar] and Jockey S John were questioned regarding the running and riding of ALAINA; The Trainer stated that the riding instructions were [a] to keep it in a mid bunch; and [b], ride out in the straight and do the best; The rider stated that [a] at the start, he was hampered by the horse on the inside; [b] again, approaching the 1400 Metres and again, approaching the 1100 Metres, he was hampered for a clear run, whereby, he went to the rear bunch; [c] thereafter, he gradually improved the position; and [d] passing the 500 Metres, he made his move on the outside, and, there again, he was hampered for a clear run, wherein, he had to move on the extreme outside and could only finish Fourth, despite his best efforts; Their explanations were noted.
 
DECLARATIONOFLOVE (Iran Singh) sustained small injury on right hind pastern.
