Racing Incidents

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of FIRE GLOW, reported that his mount was running erratic throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of  MOGADISHU, reported that his mount was hanging “in” after passing the 450 Metres and as such his mount shifted 'in' and inconvenienced TIGER OF MYSORE (Arshad Alam) on its inside; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney [deputizing for Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that TIGER OF MYSORE (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
