Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of BAZINGA, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, passing the 600 Metres.

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of RUSTIC SUNRISE, was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back in the closing stages of the Race, for no apparent reason.

It was observed that MASTERS GLORY (A R Pradeep) slowed down completely, passing the 200 Metres, the rider having to stop riding, passing the 150 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality whatsoever reported.

The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately after the Race pertaining to the running of the Race with particular reference to the start of the Race in relation to the horse, DECLARATIONOFLOVE [R N Darshan], which did not come out of the Gates when the start was given, as the blind fold was still on and the rider was not fully ready; They interviewed the Starters, Mr. K S Shanmukha Swamy and Mr. M Kiran. They also examined Jockey R N Darshan and Trainer, Mr. G Nithyanand. After hearing the submissions made by the concerned, viewing the CCTV replay of the Race especially as regards the start in respect of this horse and acting on their own observation of the start of the Race, the Stewards were convinced that a fair Start was not effected as regards this horse and hence by virtue of the powers conferred under Rule 31(a) of the Mysore Race Club Limited Rules of Racing, decided to declare DECLARATIONOFLOVE (R N Darshan) as a 'non-starter' in the Race.
