Racing Incidents

As Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider of PILGRIM, could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagement for the reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey K Sai Kiran to ride PILGRIM in place of the declared rider.

HER ROYAL HIGHNESS (M Prabhakaran) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing POKER QUEEN (R Ajay Kumar) on its outside, at the start.

TIME LOVER (R N Darshan) was observed to be running green throughout the Race.

Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of SPIRITUAL FORCE, reported that his mount was running green after entering the straight.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of SCARLET BURNING, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently, during the Race and also running green in the Straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of PILGRIM, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the Race and also running green in the Straight; On examination after the Race, it was reported that the horse pulled up lame on right hind; Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
