Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey R N Darshan to ride HALOWEEN'S WAY in place of Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider.

QUICK ANGEL (Afsar Khan) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on left fore; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Order; Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SIMON SAYS (N Rajesh) planted and took no part in the Race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.

KAZURI (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', at the start.

Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of WARLOCK, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs. 3,000/- for his negligence [1ST Infringement].

Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of SEA LAGOON, was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan, as to the handling of his mount in the above Race. He was informed that since he won the Race, no action was taken but for which he would have been reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b m SEA LAGOON.
